Serving Those
As a U.S. Navy veteran who maintained a Top Secret Clearance throughout my service, I understand the unique challenges of military life — from frequent relocations to navigating the VA loan process. I am here to make your home purchase or sale as straightforward as possible.
Benefits You
Earned
VA home loans are one of the most valuable benefits of military service. They offer competitive interest rates, no down payment requirement, no private mortgage insurance, and flexible qualification standards. Whether you are buying your first home or your fifth, the VA loan benefit is available to you.
Zero Down Payment
Purchase a home with no down payment — one of the biggest advantages over conventional and FHA loans.
No PMI
VA loans do not require private mortgage insurance, which saves you hundreds per month compared to conventional loans with less than 20% down.
Competitive Rates
VA-backed loans consistently offer some of the lowest interest rates available in the mortgage market.
Reusable Benefit
You can use your VA loan benefit multiple times. There is no limit on how many times you can purchase with a VA loan.
From Service
I served honorably in the U.S. Navy as a Tactical Air Traffic Controller and Reserve Instructor, maintaining a Top Secret Clearance throughout my service. That experience taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the importance of clear communication under pressure.
I bring those same qualities to my real estate practice. When a military family needs to buy or sell quickly due to orders, I understand the urgency. When a veteran needs help navigating the VA loan process, I speak the language. And when someone has served our country, I take the responsibility of representing them personally.

Military & VA FAQ
Can Veterans Use a VA Loan More Than Once?
Yes. Your VA loan benefit can be reused. If you pay off a VA loan, your full entitlement is restored and you can use it again for another purchase. You can also have more than one VA loan at a time in certain situations, such as when you receive new orders to relocate.
Can You Represent Me When Buying New Construction?
Yes. Many buyers do not realize that the builder's on-site sales representative works for the builder, not for you. Having your own REALTOR® ensures someone is looking out for your interests during negotiations, upgrades, and contract review. I have years of new-construction experience and can guide you through the process.
Do You Work with VA, FHA, USDA, and First-Time-Buyer Programs?
Absolutely. I work with buyers using all types of financing — VA, FHA, USDA, conventional, and cash. I will connect you with lenders who understand these programs and can explain your options clearly so you can make an informed decision.
What Areas Around Brenham Do You Serve?
I serve the City of Brenham in Washington County, Texas, and surrounding South Central Texas communities, including portions of Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Fayette, Grimes, Lee, and Waller counties. This covers a large portion of the region, giving you plenty of options whether you want small-town living, rural acreage, or proximity to larger cities.
